I know I am a month late, but better late then not at all. This year we spent Easter at home. The Easter Bunny came to our house and brought Emily and Cole some fun treats. Later that afternoon we had our neighbors, The Shimeall's, over for Easter dinner. We had roast turkey, cheesy potatoes, green beans and brownies and ice cream for dessert. It was a great little dinner. After dinner we went over to our neighbors, The Delaney's, for a great Easter Egg hunt. Emily and the kids had such a fun time hunting for the eggs. After they finished hunting the eggs they traded them in for some fun prizes. It was a lot of fun.
Earlier in the week Emily had a Easter Celebration at school. They hunted eggs and got to spend some time with their new class pets, Pinky and Peter Cottontail. Emily loves the bunnies so much. Ms. Kelly tells me she is a big help with them too.
